Get Up And Glow! 15 Delicious Advanced Collagen Recipes
Advanced Collagen is a pure protein powder containing superior grade bovine Type I and Type III hydrolysed collagen peptides from grass-fed, pasture raised herds, expertly blended with buffered vitamin C and two heat-stable gut friendly microbiome spores Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis.
Collagen for strength, flexibility and radiance
Collagen is an important structural protein found in skin, hair, nails, bones, cartilage, connective tissue, muscles and ligaments1. Collagen levels naturally decline from the age of 30 and hydrolysed collagen peptides and vitamin C help replenish collagen reserves and support youthful glowing skin. No matter what your age or activity levels, finding ways to support muscle, joints and bones is an important part of futureproofing your mobility and physical wellbeing.
Advanced Collagen is popular with:
• Daily beauty and skin support plans
• Keto and Intermittent fasting strategies
• Weight management strategies
• Body conditioning and gym enthusiasts
• Active seniors and sporty lifestyles
What are hydrolysed collagen peptides?
When it comes to collagen supplements their effectiveness rests on the molecular size of the collagen peptides. Products with a molecular weight of 2000 Daltons, or below contain collagen peptides and amino acids that are small enough to get rapidly absorbed, without the need for further digestion.
How do you use Advanced Collagen?
Adding Advanced Collagen into your lifestyle is super simple! This incredible protein powder is so versatile because it’s colourless, odourless, tasteless and readily dissolves in any hot or cold drink. Here’s a few ideas to show you get you started:
- dissolve into your water bottle, tea or coffee
- blend into your morning or workout smoothie
- stir into your breakfast cereal, overnight oats or porridge
- add to a serving of soup, stew, curry or casserole
- mix into your favourite energy balls, flapjack or snack recipe
Protein drinks support weight management!
Finding effective ways to dampen down hunger signals and cravings is essential when stress, boredom and emotional eating could sabotage your progress. Hydrolysed collagen peptides provide a rapidly absorbed source of nourishment to help you feel full and satisfied in-between meals.
In fact, studies show that protein drinks significantly reduce food intake at the next meal2. So how much protein is enough? Taking your protein up to 20-30% of daily calories is what’s required to help turn up the feel full factor, reduce food intake at meals, support weight loss and minimise rebound weight gain3.
An afternoon drink with 2 tablespoons (10g) of hydrolysed collagen peptides to tea, coffee or smoothie is an easy way to top up on protein, distract you from 3pm cravings and build motivation and success.
Happy gut, clear complexion!
Advanced Collagen contains heat-stable Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis microbiome spores which survive digestion and are stable in hot drinks 4,5,6,. Studies indicate that supporting your balance of healthy gut bacteria helps keep you regular and may also support weight loss and a clear complexion 7 -11.
